This page explains how users can permanently delete their accounts through our mobile application.

The deletion process can be initiated manually within the app, and once completed, the user’s data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

This policy is prepared in compliance with the account deletion requirements of both Google Play Store and App Store.

How to Delete Your Account via the App

Users can delete their accounts by following these steps:

1. Log in to the mobile application.
2. Navigate to the My Profile page.
3. Tap on Delete My Account.
4. Select a reason for deletion (optional).
5. Provide additional text if you wish (optional).
6. Confirm the deletion process.

After confirmation, the account deletion process will begin and once completed, the account will be permanently removed.

What Happens After Deletion?

After the deletion process is completed:

• The user profile is permanently deleted.
• Personal data is removed from the system.
• Any active subscriptions are cancelled.
• The account cannot be restored.
• The same email address can be used to create a new account.

Data that must be retained for legal or regulatory reasons (such as billing records)
may be securely stored for the legally required retention period.
